Are five hours enough for a full-day conference?
Not if every session needs covering. Either we extend the coverage, which is set out in the quote, or we place the five hours on the opening, the keynote, lunch and the panel. The second option is often enough, since afternoon talks rarely look different in photographs from morning ones.
How do you handle dark rooms and coloured stage lighting?
We use fast lenses and no flash during talks, so speakers are not distracted. Coloured LED light is corrected in editing until skin tones look natural again. It helps a great deal if the venue lights the lectern with white light, and we raise that with the technical team before the event.
Can you send images for LinkedIn while the event is still running?
Yes, that is what the first selection is for. We send it the same evening and can split it into two batches, for example after the opening and after the main programme. Tell us the formats your team posts in beforehand and the frames arrive already cropped vertical and horizontal.
