Do you photograph company outings at the Oktoberfest?
Yes. Inside a tent it is loud and cramped, so we agree table numbers, key people and a calmer spot for the group photograph beforehand, often just outside. Whether photography is permitted is up to the tent operator, which is best confirmed along with your reservation.
Our international guests speak little German. Is that an issue?
Not at all. Our photographers work in English and German, and at a corporate event most of the job is observing rather than directing. For group photographs, short instructions are given in whichever language the room needs. The organiser’s briefing can be in English too.
Can you deliver photos during the conference itself?
A first selection comes the same evening as standard. If you need images at midday for social media or a press release, tell us beforehand; we then edit a small set during a break and send it straight over.
