Does our venue need to approve a photographer?
That depends on the venue and is best settled between the organiser and the operator. Many Hamburg venues have their own rules for external suppliers, covering access and set-up times. We need very little equipment, but should be on the supplier list by name so we get in without delay.
Can you deliver images during the event itself?
A first set for social media arrives the same evening. If your communications team needs individual frames during a conference, for example of the opening keynote, we agree that in advance and build a short handover into the schedule.
Is five hours enough for a Christmas party?
Usually, if the hours are placed well: arrivals, speeches, dinner and the first hour of dancing. The photographs rarely improve after that. If you want the later part of the evening covered too, coverage can be extended by the hour.
