Book your session

The form above collects four things — place, session type, date and how to reach you — and that is enough to quote. You are not choosing a package or paying a deposit at this stage; you are asking a question, and the answer arrives by phone or email, usually within a few hours. The remarks field is optional but usually saves a round of questions: the number of people in front of the camera, whether children or a dog are coming, whether a time is already fixed, such as a ceremony at two. Duration, express delivery and a second photographer are chosen in the form itself, so the first quote already includes them.

The price you are quoted is the price you pay. It covers the photographer’s time, the editing and a private gallery in full resolution. Options that change it — a longer session, a second photographer, twenty-four-hour delivery — are priced before you agree to anything, not added afterwards. Third-party costs such as admissions or permit fees are itemised separately rather than disappearing into a package.

Once you confirm in writing, the photographer takes over the scheduling, and that conversation is where the useful detail happens: what hour the location works, whether a permit is needed and who arranges it, where to meet, what the wet-weather plan is. It is the part a booking form cannot do and the part that decides whether the session works.

Legally the enquiry commits you to nothing: nothing is booked and nothing is paid on this website. A contract exists only once the date, the scope and the price are confirmed in text form. Severe weather means a free reschedule, and if the gallery is not what was promised you are refunded in full — that undertaking is why the quote can afford to be a fixed number rather than an estimate.
