Our marketing team is abroad. How do they receive images?
Through a private online gallery that anyone with the link can open, so colleagues in another time zone can download the evening selection as soon as it is uploaded. If they need specific crops or file sizes for a press portal, send the specification beforehand.
Is one day enough for a four-day fair?
For most exhibitors, yes: stand views, team and conversations fit into one well-chosen day. Product launches, press conferences or evening receptions on other days are booked separately. We go through your fair programme together and suggest which day gives the most.
