FAQ — Proposal session in Dresden
We are visiting Dresden. Can we plan everything remotely?
Yes. We send photographs of the exact spot, directions from your hotel and the agreed time and signal, so you can walk straight there. The photographer is in position before you arrive. A short call the day before settles any remaining questions.
Can we propose in the Zwinger?
It is possible but involved. A hired photographer there counts as commercial photography and needs chargeable permission from the state art collections. For a proposal that should feel spontaneous, the riverbank is usually the better choice.
What if it is foggy on the day?
Photographically, that is good luck. Fog over the Elbe, most common in January, isolates the skyline and makes the picture calmer. Steady rain is different; then we move to a backup date agreed in advance.
