Can we bring a pushchair?
Yes, the Neckarwiese and the riverside paths are easy with one. The Schlangenweg up to the Philosophenweg is all steps, so a carrier is better there. The castle gardens can also be reached by the funicular. We choose the location based on what you are bringing.
We are visiting relatives in Heidelberg. Can everyone be in the photos?
Of course. We start with the full group photograph and a few combinations — grandparents with grandchildren, siblings together — before moving on to looser frames. Let us know how many people are coming, so the location has room and nobody has to stand for long.
What if our child refuses to cooperate?
Then we let it be. Seventy-five minutes allows for a stretch of resistance, and on an open meadow something usually draws children back into play. In our experience the usable frames tend to come in the second half, once the camera is no longer new.
