Why personal branding in Frankfurt
People who look for a personal branding photographer in Frankfurt tend to sell trust: consultants, lawyers, coaches, founders from the finance world. Here the obvious move is to stand in front of the skyline, and precisely because everyone makes it, it tells a client nothing about you. What sets a set of images apart is what you actually do, whether that is sitting across a table from a client, working at a whiteboard or walking to a meeting. So part of the session takes place in your own rooms and a shorter part outside, in the streets where your working life happens: the old villas of the Westend, the riverbank, the Ostend or the station quarter. The towers can appear, as background in a few of the sixty frames, but not as the subject.
For the outdoor part, April to June and September to October are the kindest months; in high summer the light between the towers turns hard at midday. We put the indoor part in the morning and the street part in the later afternoon, when the sun has dropped. The riverbank is crowded at weekends and nearly empty on weekday mornings. Allow two to three weeks so the briefing on visual style and use can happen before the shoot.
How the session runs
Beforehand we establish where the images will go: website, LinkedIn, speaker announcements, press. That becomes a list of formats and situations. The first hour belongs to your rooms, with a portrait at your desk and a conversation with a colleague or someone standing in for a client. Then we walk to a nearby place that suits you and photograph movement and surroundings there. At the end we check on the laptop that there are enough vertical frames and images with space for text. Sixty edited photographs arrive within a week.
