Every session has a fixed starting price, published on the pricing page. Sessions start from €200; a full wedding day starts from €1,800. The price is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

The photographer’s time on location, the editing, the number of edited photos stated in the package, and a private online gallery. Travel within the areas listed for each city is included. Third-party costs such as admission or a photography permit are not, and are listed separately before you confirm.

Yes, within the city and the surrounding areas listed on each destination page. For a location further out we tell you any travel cost before you confirm, so it is never added afterwards.

You tell us what you need, and we suggest the photographer who fits: the place, the kind of session and the language. If you have a preference, for example a woman photographer or someone who shoots in a particular style, say so in your request.

Yes. Your request is not binding. With our suggestion we send examples of that photographer’s work, and nothing is booked until you have seen them and confirmed.

Yes, tell us as early as you can and we will look for a new date with your photographer. The exact conditions for moving or cancelling a booking are in our terms and in your written confirmation.

Yes. Each day is booked as its own session at the package price, so you know the total in advance. Mention all the dates in your request and we will try to keep the same photographer for every day.

A person reads it and replies within 4 hours with a suggested photographer, the fixed price and any questions. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid until you confirm the date, the scope and the price in writing.

If severe weather means the session cannot go ahead, it is moved to a new date at no cost. For light rain your photographer will suggest sheltered spots nearby, and you decide together on the day.

Of course. Tell us where you would like to be photographed. Your photographer will say at what time of day it works best and whether it needs a permit. If you have no idea yet, they will suggest places that suit your session.

Usually, yes. Tell us which language you want to work in when you send your request and we match on it. It matters, because a relaxed session involves a lot of talking.

Yes. A proposal session starts from €290. Your photographer plans the place, the timing and a signal with you beforehand, photographs the moment from a distance without being noticed, and then takes portraits of you both.

Not at the moment. Every package is photography only. We offer 20 kinds of photography session in 12 places in Germany.

For most sessions, within 48–72 hours, in a private online gallery. Weddings, events and a few other packages take longer: a wedding gallery arrives within three weeks, with a preview within 48 hours. Every package states its own delivery time.
